Peek-a-boo is made from a ceramic insulator and Ipe wood from the old Coney Island boardwalk.
To see the time one looks in the insulator, like a microscope.
Set the time by pressing the bamboo rods, hours on left, minutes on right.
The clock can be set on a table or shelf, or can be hung on the wall.  The display automatically detects position and flips in the eye piece.
Peek-a-boo's base  is a bit bigger than a slice of bread, and is very substantial.
